We checked in at 11:30 pm after traveling all day. Immediately, when we walked into the room we were given (112), we were overwhelmed by the smell of mold and mildew. We looked around the room to see where the smell could be coming from, and the air conditioner vents had mold. There was mold behind the baseboards. All the baseboards in the room were warped. It was disturbing to all of us in the party, and we had no desire to sleep all night in a room with that smell and that condition. We left immediately. I tried calling the hotel the next day and was not able to talk to the manager. I called a week later and was able to talk to the manager, but the issue was not resolved.

My initial check in was very slow. Finally got a room and the bathrom floor was so dirty. Requested a new room. The best part of the hotel is the food staff and the breakfast. Kind of made up for some of my disappointment

My stay was okay. Room needed some upgrades (eg. Phone didnt work so had to leave room each time it was an issue, which was not convenient). Despite the issues i encountered the service was impeccable from the front desk to the breakfast. Excellent service!
