The shuttle to the airport should have ran a bit earlier. Lots of people were taking taxis and Ubers in the morning. It was pretty close to the Hard Rock and the Hollywood beach by car.

Great place to stay before our cruise. Great pool area for relaxing in the sun. Staff are very accommodating. Rooms are nice & big. Showers are nice.

Our room was clean and upgraded since we are expedia VIP. Music from bar downstairs but stops at around midnight but that seems to be a sunday thru Wednesday after that is til 2am for the weekend. It worked for us. Its perfectly located a block from the beach lots of restaurants to choose from on ocean drive as well as collins and washington avenue. A cvs is located up the block for any toiletries you made need. The bar is a pricey but not far to get your own drinks and mix it up. Roof top pool lounge area is small and cold for this time of year a heated pool would be good. But overall we would stay here again.

Our stay was only 20hrs long...Loved the pool.area, other than when security had to escort an unhoused person from the hot tub. Also on our way to the restaurant (over priced for amount and quality of food) passed security in hallway escorting an angry man out. On top of all.that, was informed we would be charged a $50 deposit. On checkout I chose.to pay the bill outright, only to discover that there was still a charge on my card for.th "deposit". The deposit was for a FULL night's rate ($400) not $50. It takes up.to 5 days for it to be reversed. This was an outright lie told to me, I would've simply let the charge go through on my card rather than paying seperately in the morning if I had known the truth.

The cleaning products used to clean the room smelled horrible .., couldn’t open the windows to air the room out ( chemical cleaners used could not be good for you ) … bed was comfortable … shower floor grossed me out no breakfast in the morning complimentary coffee in lobby that was weak and awful … did not like this hotel

This is a budget hotel. Period. We stayed here because we had a flight cancelled and needed somewhere to stay while we waited for our flight the following day. All looked to be "clean" but the smell of smoke in the room, severely dated furniture and fixtures, and general lack of appeal made this a tough stay for us. We considered relocating after the first glance of our room.
