Based on reviews I thought this property would’ve been a good choice but I was disappointed. Furniture in rooms was chipped and need updating. Old popcorn ceilings , curtains look drab. Also they need to have more staff doing space cleaning, too much remnants of paper straws sugar packets and crumbs from what guests ate earlier are in the lobby, I saw this on more than one occasion. Also the WiFi was very unreliable. It never worked in the room.

Disappointing Experience – Lost & Stolen Items, Poor Communication I forgot my pouch at the hotel containing my passports and money. While I eventually got the passports back, the money was stolen, and the hotel never responded to my inquiries about it. Additionally, the rooms were not clean—we experienced bites from small animals found in the carpet. To make things worse, the hotel failed to notify me when they found the passports, leading to unnecessary delays and confusion for several days. Very disappointing experience, both in terms of security and customer service. Would not recommend.

Staff was great and helpful. Property was a bit run down and rooms had some mold and rust on them. Breakfast was fully stocked and if it was gone they were quick to restock. Pool was clean but decking needs upgrading.

Hotel room is dirty. The carpet has not been cleaned for ages. Hotel provides breakfast but there a very limited seating available. People has to eat in the lobby area.

The property was fairly well located, close to the freeway and shopping. Bed was comfortable Our room type was fully booked so we ended up with a room next to the elevators. No sense of privacy as you could hear everyone in the hall as if they were in your room so I'm pretty sure they could hear everything we said as well. Hotel is run down and is in need of some updating. Okay for a 1 night stay.
