This place was very outdated room was dark poor illumination bathroom was very uncomfortable room ceiling was stained walls by the window cracked like water filtration is affecting structure carpet smell terrible behind the sofa bed very filthy no safe box in the room for ur personal belongings really disappointing the fitness room out of service for 4 days the pool was dirty terrible wouldn’t recommend it

Good stay, overall. Hotel decor and room furnishings were outdated and the TV required us to connect with our own streaming apps was not convenient as you might expect and connectivity was a hassle. Breakfast was just ok.

It was a great location and the room was spacious and quiet (even with pets). However, the property looked like some work is needed. My room was consistently stuffy and simple things like microwave and in room safe were missing. Staff, however, was very nice, friendly and accommodating.

The most disgusting hotel I've stayed at in the recent year. Extra perfume smell to mask the mold odor. Room was soo OUTDATED, bathroom shower had pink mildew, gross smell in room, AC unit area looks like it had a water leak. I would rate this hotel -100 if I could. Spend the $$ elsewhere

Hyatt you usually give a more varied breakfast. I was a tad disappointed. However, I like the cleanliness. I could not ask for more in that area. Nice location, good options nearby for lunch and dinner. Shuttle to Broward would be nice as well as airport pick up.
