I booked this room because it got great reviews..I don't know how? Must have employees writing reviews. Old run down apartments from the 50's..they put in tile in the bathroom and left all original toilet..sink..floor..the fridge was disgusting..didn't look like it was ever cleaned on the outside..the bed was big..but hard as a rock..the floor would have been more comfortable..some of the lights were missing from the light fixtures, and none of the bulbs were the same wattage - the smoke detector was disconnected, which I am sure is illegal

The location of this property is A with a 1 minute walk right onto the Broadwalk and beach. Room was nice but could use updating. Nice tile floors but were dirty. Could use softer mattress and additional blankets. Not much staff present and office was closed upon arrival. With a little elbow grease and TlC, this place would be perfect.

An inexpensive option for the area. Older but well maintained. Close to beach and several restaurant choices. Offices closes at 5pm so there is no one around to fix problems. We had no hot water for our stay.

My room did not have hot water during my stay. Unfortunately, since there was no front desk agent on duty after 4 PM, there was no one available to assist in resolving the issue. I reported the problem the following morning at checkout, expecting a reasonable resolution. However, instead of offering a refund or compensation, the agent simply informed me I could wait for the repair to be completed and then use the shower—an option that was not practical or acceptable given I was checking out. I hope this issue is taken seriously, as it significantly impacted the quality of my stay.

The property is steps away from the beach, and it quite spacious for the price, the couch bed is not super comfortable and as me and my family checked in late we were not able to ask for extra blankets, you could hear tv through the walls in the bathroom but the shower is beautiful, overall a beautiful area and a great place if you are on a bugdet or are looking to catch a crusie.
