The resort itself was lovely. The pool area was very nice and the beach was beautiful. The swimming was amazing. The only thing I would say about the beach was the jet ski co. took up half of the access to the water and people left a lot of their trash in the sand. There is dining but it was ridiculously high priced. There was a tiki bar next door that was very good. Expect to pay $20.00 per day for parking at the hotel. You also need to pay $15.00 per beach chair and another $15.00 for an umbrella, which you will definitely need! I really can't say enough about the cleaning staff! Very friendly and helpful. Also, our waiter at breakfast,Daniel, was super. I would have never expected to have to pay for parking at a hotel I was staying at.

The staff was rude! I had to call the sheriff's office to get acase number because the management wouldn't review the camera footage at the pool side bar when the bartender took it upon herself to use my debit card to pay someone else's bill tgat she engaged with all night. $368 to be exact. Then when i bring up why i just had a seconf charge notification tge bartender wanted to say she didnt do that. Mind you while trying to get awnsers the lady who's bill i paid unwilling stood up and took 63 dollars in cash from me where i was sitting. I was furious after this. Went straight to the front desk where the manager didnt do anything for me. Told me if i didnt like it i could check out early! Mind you this was my first night there... he didnt want to apologize, review footage nor give me my money back. I called the sheriff's and when they arrived they told me there is ALWAYS something like this going on at the ocean sky hotel and resort. Tgat they have been there multiple times! This resort is a scam! Unprofessional!!!!! And by far ruined our trip. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK EVEN IF THEY GAVE ME A WEEK ON THEM FREE... DO NOT STAY THERE!!!! SO MANY OTHER NICER RESORTS THAT ACTUALLY PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WELL BEING, SAFETY, MEMORIES, AND EXPERIENCE FIRST!

Nice property!! Great location!! The parking price is the same but if you self park you have to park in the far out lot. It should be first come. They had plenty of parking in the front lot. Great pool and beach area!!

The location is great, and the beach is nice, except you have to rent chairs,boogie boards, and beach toys from a third-party vendor not associated with the hotel to use on the beach or the cabanas on pool deck. The rooms are remodeled nice but beware the room I booked said 2 double bed and pull-out sofa . There is no pull-out sleeper sofa. The staff was surprised also and said all their suites had pull-out sofas.They did bring me a old fold-up sleeper bed which was very uncomfortable, and I felt bad for my son who had to sleep on it for 7 nights! No toaster or freezer in the room and the main garbage is small bathroom size so it fills up fast with a family. The restaurant was over an hour for food with only a few tables the 2 times we tried it, low-quality fast food and overpriced- $18 for an appetizer , For $3200/week I was dissapointed and will find another hotel in the area.

Great stay at a great location with great staff

This property was a great location. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel. I was there with my adult daughter during spring break and the resort was not overly crowded which allowed us to have prime locations on the beach and pool deck. I will stay here again.

The staffs were super friendly and courteous. The newly renovated rooms are very nice and clean. Well exceeded my expectations. The pool areas are nice, plenty of lounge chairs available, walk down 5 steps and you are on the beach! It’s a great resort, would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel on the beach. Seemed like room was recently renovated. Beds and pillows were great. Room had a partial view of the ocean. Pool and hot tub were both great too. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot with good jets and was pretty big. Not crazy with spring breakers. No morning coffee in the lobby you have to walk next door to their coffee bar which isn’t complimentary. They don’t tell you that at the front desk. The restaurant is very expensive and not great service. Winn Dixie and CVS in walking distance along with a McDonalds.

Property on Atlantic Ocean as Described

Property was exactly as described. Room and accommodations were clean - nice beach option and outdoor cafe/bar. Chairs fill up pretty quickly and there are not any beach chairs on the sand - only around the pool area. Restaurants & grocery store w/in walking distance.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. we love that its on the beach.The staff are very nice and helpful. We have seen many of the same faces working there. Marek at the concierge desk is very helpful and fun we always enjoy seeing him there when we go back. Faye at the tiki hut is another favorite of ours again we are always glad to see she is still there. the hotel has been newly remodeled.
