I come every year & stay at Hollywood Beach Resort. The area is great & very convenient . The area is very walkable to food, bars, restaurants, beach, bike & chair rentals. Maria at the front desk is always friendly & helpful. I look forward to seeing her every year. The outsides of the building are run down but most of the units have been updated inside. My room had a queen bed, couch with sofa bed, full fridge, microwave & 2 top burner stove. The room was very clean & AC worked great! I love the convenience store onsite to get snacks, drinks, ATM. I look forward to next year!!!

Peeling paint. Expensive parking. Tv mounted a way that is almost impossible to watch unless a contortionist. Breakfast service person very unfriendly. Breakfast , coffee really bad. Location is excellent.

Disgusting

It was unclear where building were located, the room was very worn with boarded up windows, broken floors, rusty worn doors and smelled. The “breakfast” was 2 blocks away and the room was the size of a small bathroom. The laundry facility was outside in an alley and the machines were disgusting. The last straw - a cockroach!!

Location was amazing, however the room is overdue for a refreshing, as were the public areas. Getting your room serviced requires an act of congress. Children throwing rocks at my door after 11 PM. Being my old stomping grounds back in my youth, it was disappointing.

No cups, tissues or hair dryer provided in room. Breakfast time limited to 8am-9am and nowhere to sit to get out of the rain. I was only able to carry 2 cups of coffee 2 blocks in the rain. Staff not very friendly.

This property was good for our short stay of one night - I wouldn't have enjoyed it if it was any longer. It was as expected for the price but the pictures did make it look a little nicer. The check-in process takes a long time as there are so many units for only one receipt area. The breakfast was horrible and had a very weird outdoor setup (again very small for the amount of units they are running) Also, had a rude lady running it who was yelling at guests. The beds were comfortable and we were happy to be so close to the beach.

Good price and location. Kitchenette with no utensils, plates etc. Sign in the room said go back to check in if you want some. No door on the bathroom and no shelf or cabinet for personal items. Hollywood beach hotels does the check in for 24 different hotels in this area so you don’t know what you get until after check in.

The stairs, very narrow there’s about 17 of them! The room had not one utensil, cup, plate nothing not even bottle of water you had to walk down and get a box and there was barely anything in it. There is no oven just two small burners the shower handle was not attached I would not recommend this to anyone with disabilities or the elderly or the very young! This was not good at all

This is a terrible place I have ever been to. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will not return here again. Very very poor breakfast. Paid parking. If you refuse you will get a fine. I did not find a single plus from this place. Do not go here.

They didn’t put us where we reserved online which was ocean Villas, instead they put us is palm something which is two blocks away from the beach. Communication with the front desk was terrible, unfriendly, breakfast was very terrible -it was all different type of breads. We were told check out was at 11am, we packed our stuff and went to the beach for a little bit, when we got back to get our stuff from the room and checkout around 10:45am, our door keycard was already disconnected. Every time I go to the front desk to get something, someone is complaining about some body at the front desk. Specially a couple female employees were very unprofessional specially one older lady. I hope you take this serious and need to be brought to someone higher level to evaluate. Thanks
