Nice place for families. Front desk was friendly and helpful on check in. Breakfast was the usual free breakfast with the added bonus of having the "Admiral" staffing the waffle maker. Would use this place again because it is so friendly and relaxed.

Came in for our cruise the night before. They had comfortable bedding, a nice breakfast and buses lined up to take us to the cruise port the next morning, couldn’t ask for anymore. They have a nice system for the cruisers. Thank you!!!😊

IF you're looking for just the "basic's" in a overnight stay, that provides, "airport pick-up, a quick breakfast (continental) and transportation to Port Everglades", then this is the place.

Very slow disorganized check-in. Waited 90 minutes for dinner in their restaurant. Waitress very nice and apologetic, but seriously understaffed. Convenient shuttle to cruise port

Power went out in my room, and I had to leave at 5:00 am. I couldn’t see to get ready, or to pack. My phone did not charge, and the coffee could not be made.The staff seemed unconcerned, and offered me another room, not listening to the fact that I had to leave and could not see to pack up. Then their “prompt” shuttle was late, making me late to the airport!

I enjoyed my stay very clean environment, the guy’s at the front desk was great. The only problem I had was the hidden fees which they didn’t see it when I was booking. But overall I will stay here again.
