The receptionist was accommodating; gave us a top floor room. Traffic is constant and the balcony which was a plus was very noisy. Breakfast staff was nice! Mr. Zimmerman ran copies for me that were blocked; I appreciated the computer and printer for work as well as free wi fi. A nicer lounge area would be nice; it is busy. It the price was great. Didn’t know you don’t receive IHG points unless you book directly. Overall a good hotel for a very fair price.
