Staff was very nice, room however was basic. Thin walls and had to ask for new Towels and wash cloths due to dortt ones in room. Furniture cheap and broken. Bed was hard as hell. Felt like i slept on the floor. Was working so i just took a cheap room, but definitely wouldn't return. Hell i really want my $$ back

Let me start with, you get what you pay for. I chose the wrong location by not reading the description closely enough (there are no pots or pans or even a coffee maker. I was also told they don’t service the rooms at all, and yes, all the people I saw there are residents with kids and dogs. They did well at keeping the noise down after 10, but it started up again well before 7.) But even with that, you’d think you could expect a clean and safe room. The room itself smelled musty, it wasn’t clean, the walls were dirty and damaged. The floors weren’t clean, they were sticky and I was picking up all manner of gross and hair that wasn’t mine. After showering my wet feet would rehydrate whatever was used on the floor and made it very slippery. There was also a curtain left behind? In terms of safely, the security latch was cracked in half. It wouldn’t have taken much to get in. Furthermore the side exterior door closest to my room which is ‘locked 24-7’ doesn’t even close, let alone latch. So anyone can come into the hotel off the street. Finally, the lock on my bathroom door is severely damaged, like someone picked the lock from the outside with a screwdriver. I nearly cut my hand on it. I took pictures and videos to show when I checked out, but when I arrived at the front desk at 8am, the desk was closed. All signs said it opened at 7am everyday. When I called the extension on the wall I was informed they don’t open til 9. I cannot stress enough how much I will not be revisiting

The property smells like smoke, we found people smoking and drinking in front of the hotel. The room had mold all over and the bathroom was missing some tiles. My family and I came for a funeral so finding another place to stay was not possible.

Worst stay ever

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in upon entering the building a you are treated by a mold and musky smell dirty carpets and dirty mats in the elevator. That smell continues into the room and lengers for my entire stay. The bed and bathroom linens were stained.

This property is totally misrepresented in the photos. The property is run down, the smell is horrendous, the room fixtures are broken, drawers broken, lighting is terrible. I immediately left after being nauseated. Still waiting to hear if I will receive a refund. This property is more suited as a detention facility.

Our check in time was 3pm and tried to check in at 7pm room still wasn’t ready. Front desk lady was very rude. Room cleaner had her son with her while working.
