No room available although it was reserved months in advance. We ended up with a handicap room where when you showered water went everywhere which almost caused us to fall. There were ants and bug in the room. We request clean towels and the lady would not give us any indicated that we had to exchange them before getting new ones. The elevator broke my daughter was upstairs but we could not visit unless we used the stairs. Terrible experience for the price. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER COMFORT INN EVER. I have traveled all over this ruined it for all of them.

Okay for the price.

The room was clean. The ice machine didnt work on my floor, so i had to traverse down to the first floor to get ice. The room was a double, bit i have the feeling thst it was once a queen or a king room that was now a double. It was very tight. We were only there for a night. It was okay for the price. Wpuld not stay there again.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Gulfport. Expedia is clear on the booking and check in policies. I chose to pay upon arrival, rather than when booking the room. The hotel charged my card at 4AM the morning prior to my 4PM arrival. That's not the meaning of "pay at check in". This is not a financial issue! It is a legal non disclosure issue. I will not stay with this brand in the future for this very reason!

Best Hotel in the Area

This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of breakfast items. Free coffee and lemon water was offered all day and snacks at cost.
