Top notch staff

The staff at this Comfort Inn is one of the best I've encountered in my many stays across the country the past few years. Their customer first attitudes and smiles were a welcome reprieve from the nonchalance experienced at other lodging options.

What I did not like is how the staff thought I was smoking in my room. My Friend came up to my room. Right after he came up i got a knock on my door asking was we smoking or rolling up I said no and when i opened the door it would of been smoke. Than I get a call from the same young Lady that had just knocked on my door saying my card declined because she forgot to put a hold on my card for any damages. I asked her why would you put a hold on it now she said she forgot I said 3 hours later. Iam from out of town and I paid money for 2 nights why would I mess up my vacation I know the rules iam Dang ear 50 with 8 kids come on now. I lost my 22 year old a year ago I took some days for me. Every one is different.

Great relaxing place to stay !

Short trip for Grandson’s State Track meet w/Lots of other Track Peeps there too. Great location w/lots of places to eat & stores for any needs. Price was very reasonable, room was very clean. The bed was not comfortable but also not my home. The top bedspread was not in good condition so maybe newer ones in all the new renovations that were not mentioned when I booked. Lots of scraped up hallway flooring, etc. Great breakfast & most excellent HOT TUB in our room! It was so relaxing ☺️ w/nice indoor pool too. Next year we’ll definitely be back!

No Hot Water

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. However they have a lever on shower faucet to limit how far you could turn water to hot. Water was always cool never hot, so cool showers every morning. Told front desk on check out and girl gave me a discount of $23.00. She said management would have to approve more, not sure why she didn’t ask.

Exceptionally clean room even in the middle of construction. We were in the middle of a snow storm and the staff were amazingly helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool very nice. Can't wait to see it when done.

Breakfast nook was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and just fine, comfy pillows, they are renovating part of the building, but i didn't affect us at all. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming experience.
