My room was on the 5th floor felt like stuck up in the attic There was only 1 lift working which made it worse as I have a bad knee so the stairs wrre not an option When checking out the lift was not acceptable so I had to ring reception to have the lift sent up this ment my coach was held up waiting for me On 1 day my room was not even attended to

It's an old big building that shows. It only had 2 elevators of which only 1 was working and one night none were working so I had to walk the stairs to the top floor and felt sorry for the guests that were arriving and had to carry the luggage up the stairs.

Excellent stay at the Voco Grand Central Glasgow. Welcoming and courteous reception staff. We were delighted to receive a special surprise of a complementary upgrade to a suite. Suite was beautiful, the extra room and large bathroom allowed for a very relaxing stay. The Voco is our go to hotel in Glasgow and is a definite 5***** hotel. We look forward to returning very soon.

The hotel was fine, although it felt dark. And there was an event the night we stayed that kept us up until 11:30. The area was sketchy. I wouldn't stay there unless you need to get the train in the morning
