The room was dirty. Carpet stained. Some lamps in rhe room did not work. Window shade was broken. Hair on the ciling and walls in the bathroom from some prior clients not cleaned up. And finally, the room had some kind of smoking damage either from a prior fir or from smokers, but we left the next moring with eyes burning from the environment. Pretty terrible.

The staff were great, but there are areas that are concerning. People coming in and out eating and sleeping on the sofas in the lobby in the morning. For paying guest this is not what they want to see when they come to eat breakfast.

The staff were nice and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was every time we left our room, a desk clerk would have to let us back into the room. We didn’t have a door key. This was a huge inconvenience.
