I gave it a 3 but it can easily be a 5 star stay

The Hotel was nice . The staff is very friendly and I would give all 5 Stars . I just didn’t like the smell of Animals (Dog) in my room once the heat/air came on. Breakfast that was served was very cold. The warming plates either were working or was turned off. There should be Hot water in the breakfast are for the instant oatmeal. Breakfast was at 6 and we arrived at 7;30. I would stay again because I believe these things can be addresses

Would stay here again, but with an alertness

Don’t stay in room 124. Right next to the Fitness room. Some idiot found it important to slam a medicine ball repeatedly after 9 PM. The building was shaking. We went to the desk and the attitude girl working here did nothing. My husband confronted the loud person And they acted like it was their right to be loud and annoying. Breakfast was good. I was supposed to be given two drinks and a free room upgrade. Didn’t happen. the girl checking us in was absent for more than five minutes at least. I used my hotels app to call the front desk. Great Stay

We’ve stayed twice now and it’s great. Great beds, great shower, nice bathroom. My only question is why, when we book with Hotels.com are we always put WAY at the end of the hall. Still, I highly recommend.
