I've been wanting to try this chain for quite some time, so I took a chance. We checked in late due to flight delay on the tarmac. Isaiah, was the representative at the counter. He was amazing, customer service at it's best. Very helpful, accommodating and customer friendly! We have a new hotel to stay at going forward. Hopefully all of the staff is as impressive!

Nice place to stay if you have small dogs. Staff was friendly and they provided complimentary pub food in the evening. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, comfortable room. Was supposed to be on a pet-free floor (due to allergies), but did hear a dog barking so there was a pet nearby. Breakfast was only so-so. Fewer options than expected, and some items were stale or tasteless.

Great place to stay

Very nice facility. Seemed like new and well maintained. Fitness center was nice but treadmills had been out of service for a while. Breakfast was nice with good selection. Staff at check in was very kind and professional. I would return if in the area again

I totally forgot about the two free drinks. You’d have thought that the staff would have seen that somewhere with my reservation? It would have been nice since we didn’t take advantage of free breakfast because it didn’t start until 7 and we needed to get on the road. Overall a nice place but there were somethings people had broken, door stop on our bathroom, or had damaged, walls in the hallway. And we didn’t use the outdoor pool but there was bottle caps and some sort of pollen? I mean a pile, not a light dusting. Clearly no one had attended to that area.

1st fl. loud, 4th fl. quiet. Monica is wonderful!

Exit doors need to be fixed. All they do is slam all night. Room 127 was not good. We were moved to 427 and it was so quiet. Monica the manager is amazing!
