Lagoon Tower 1101 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo located on the 11th floor just across the street from the Gulf. Lagoon Tower is a low-density complex with only two units on each floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and master bedroom. Views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon for miles!

• Tile flooring is in the living area and carpet is in the bedrooms

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats six and there is a small bench + two bar stools for extra seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a queen sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The primary bathroom features double vanities and a jetted tub.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on bottom and a pull-out twin-size trundle. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• There are NO trailers allowed to be parked on the premises.

• A maximum of two cars is allowed.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

This place is amazing! The view is beautiful with the floor to ceiling windows. The openness of the floor plan is perfect. There is plenty of room for everyone. The two pools are great for inclement weather. The access to lagoon was fun for the kids to hangout in and catch some crabs. The private access to the beach was great, it was never crowded. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was everything we expected and more. When we walked in, the view was breathtaking! The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of cookware and utensils. Plenty of space for family to enjoy time together and then retreat to rooms for privacy. Would love to stay there again.

For our first trip to the Gulf Shores, this place was perfect. It supplied all that we could ask for, it was clean, the beds/couches were so comfortable and the location was perfect. It was on the "quieter" end of Gulf Shores, the beaches were not packed and easily accessible, and every place that we wanted to go was an easy drive. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again. Thank you for being an amazing host!

The security guard was at the front door. We couldn't find our lock box. The guard came over and started going through each one until he found out on the second landing. Loved the views and the neighborhood. Only negative parts were. At first had to ask help to unlock key flop, I'm in a wheelchair and the lock was on top of stairs. Poor quality sitting furniture

Super view, but too cold to stand on balcony.The unit was very clean and laid out very well.The sitting furniture was the pits. For the life of me I can't understand why a place so nice had such crappy chairs and a couch that the back was broken. There also was some other things in two of the bath rooms that needed attention. All these things should have been addressed before we checked in. Makes me wonder why that didn't happen. Such a pretty place but if you want a comfortable sit down place get ready to sit on the bed. The dinning room chairs were made out of plastic and not the good type either.

Beautiful Views

The views were spectacular. You can see the water from every room. The mattresses on the beds are not that comfortable and if you plan on cooking bring your own pots & pans the ones in the room are terrible. Other than a few imperfections it’s a nice place with incredible views.

Lagoon tower October stay

When we arrived there was a strong order of cigarette smoke. The refrigerator smelled sour. The door to the bedroom with the gueen bed would not lock and the light bulb in that room was burned out. The living room furniture was uncomfortable.

So nice! This unit was awesome! Our family consisted of 6; 5 adults and 1 teen. We loved the bedrooms. Each bedroom had a bathroom also. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans, dishes and utensils. As noted in another review the ice make in the refrigerator didn’t work very well, but the ice maker in the wet bar fridge was fine. Our view of the ocean was wonderful. The pictures of the fishing deck (at the lagoon) should be updated because it is now a covered deck area. It was a little tricky retrieving our units key fob from its storage box, but once we did, we had no trouble using it. The pictures also look like the beach is further away than it actually is. The beach is literally across the street (and between two buildings.) Great communication with management was a plus. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.
