We needed a place to stay near the beach one a riding trip from FL back to TX. I found this location and it was VERY reasonably priced (it is the off season of Nov) and I love staying in places with a little bit of older charm. Had it been warmer I'd have swam in the second floor over the awning pool. The rooms are older but they were clean. They had laundry which we needed. The staff was friendly. They are walkable to 4 restaurants at minimum and one convenience store. The only weird thing is there was nowhere to hang anything, like jackets, which I have never seen before, and they should just install one bar for that. Other than that, this is LITERALLY across the street from the beach, not even a block really. Would definitely recommend this as an option for budget travelers who want clean and convenient with a little touch of character.

The room although on the older side was very clean, the pool was great and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. Was the hotel top notch no but neither was the price. We were veey pleased with our stay.

Hotel was a convenient walk across from the beach access. staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large and appeared clean. Only thing I could say that was a little negative was that I did kill a roach in the room. Maybe it just snuck in through the door. But overall, this was a nice place right across the road from the beach
