First let me say it was comfortable and just what we wanted for our stay. There were a few things that didn't work. The TV remote didn't work. I think the battteries were dead and we couldn't get the battery compartment open or we would have changed the batteries. The refrigerator was makeing a noise The Light outside the door to the hallway wasn't working and during the day it was difficult to see the numbers on the keypad. At night you need a flashlight to see the keypad.
