CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Condo was beautiful. Beach was gorgeous! Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Pool was being fixed and was not open during our stay. Most of the beach gear was broken and should be thrown away. We went and bought our own. The third “bedroom” was very disappointing. No closet, no dresser and no room to even keep suitcases in there. Check in/out process was very easy and communication was excellent!

Perfect Vacay!

We LOVED the amazing condo and location! We were four best friends on an awesome trip!Favorite things… the peaceful colors and beautiful decor…the VIEW… loved sitting out on the balcony… comfy beds… loved walking the beach morning and evening…. shopping …eating at LuLu’s…white sand beach… watching dolphins from the balcony. We could go on and on BUT instead we will say Go ahead and book it!! You’ll love it too!! We hope to return!!

Perfect location

This property was very nice and just as advertised. The kiddie pool was perfect for small children but the pool and hot tub have been closed since the middle of January. This would usually not have been an issue but the weather bad enough we couldn't go in the ocean. It also would have been nice to have salt and pepper on site. These are small things compared to the comfort we experienced here. The deck was so nice and we watched dolphins swim by. Worth the money

We loved the location and unit but were not informed that the parking garage was undergoing repairs that were quite noisy. Security guards were rather abrupt and unfriendly.

The room had a great view of the ocean, cute decor, comfortable beds and the check in was super easy, the only issues we really had is the elevator was really slow and wait time was terrible to actually get in one. There were suppose to be two but one was always broke. The room needed more detail cleaning because there was still sand everywhere in the condo but other than that very accommodating for my family.

Beautiful place

I enjoyed staying there. Very clean and very nice. Only down fall was in the master bathroom the water never got it hot. It was just warm enough for a shower. Then lightning struck the elevator after a storm. It was down one day. Having to walk to the 10th floor was terrible. Especially for my elderly father in law. But then they had the security guys take us up manually. Everyone was so nice there. Especially the guys in the little building when you first come in. Also the guy who cleans the poop. Very friendly people in the Gulf Shores. Never ran into any nasty people. I’ll definitely go back and stay there again.

Gulf Shore getaway

Beautiful location and property! Loved morning coffee on the balcony! One of the three bedrooms was a lot smaller than the other two which was hard since we had 3 adult couples sharing the property. Water was shut off for maintenance unexpectedly for 11 hours, but luckily we were able to manage. Property company kept us informed. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect locatio/stunning view

This condo is decorated beautifully in beachy colors. The location is perfect! We were able to walk to some of our favorite places; Sunliner Diner, the Hangout, the pier, and Sea n Suds. It is 14minutes from Orange Beach, doplhin cruises, and The Wharf. Check in was so easy. Some reviews stated that they had issues with the entry code, but we got right in. The view was stunning. Tips/misc.: bring your own binoculars, they have extra blankets which were snuggly, kitchen is well stocked, get paper plates/silverware, the vacuum handle was broke, but we used the broom/dustpan. We had a very rainy day and they have puzzles. But were missing a few pieces. Overall, we would book again!!!

Perfect For Small Groups

Overall this was a really great choice in condo for the weekend. The unit was incredibly clean, check-in was easy, the decorations were lovely and very beachy, and the location of the complex was just what we were looking for. I also never heard any neighbors, the building itself must be very sound-proofed. My only true complaint would be that the photo of the third bedroom is very misleading, it is basically an oversized closet. Two people could absolutely not fit comfortably in there so one person ended up sleeping on the couch. It basically only fits a queen sized bed (shoved up against the wall) and a bedside table. No closet, no room to even set a suitcase down if you also want to be able to walk. Just something to keep in mind because for a group of six of us, it wasn’t ideal. Oh also, when they say bring spices, they mean it. There wasn’t even salt and pepper stocked in the kitchen cabinet lol

I booked this place because of the reviews for cleanliness. While overall it was pretty good there were a couple things that were bothersome. The bathrooms had random gross hairs and the guest shower had a bunch of sand and dirt in it. Also, the dishes were not clean. There was food on the dishes and food particles in the dishwasher. All of the soap they provide for showers, dishes, washing machine etc were very cheap. Also the toilet paper and paper towels were the cheapest brand and super thin. This was unlike other places we’ve stayed in that there were no basic foods provided like salt and pepper, oil for cooking etc. finally, I’d recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones there are SO flat and uncomfortable. The couches had some food on it, melted chocolate or something and some stains. Some positives: great location, great view, fast communication and overall was a positive experience.
