Unit 209a has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. This unit has been completely renovated and newly furnished. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The living room also has a full sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress. Our unit is located within the wifi hotspot. No need to drag your computer to the lobby. Surf the internet from the privacy of your condo or back balcony. You won't find a unit with a better balcony view! Living Room and Master Bedroom both have walkouts to the spacious balcony. Bathroom has a new cabinet, sink, and shower. Kitchen features new cabinets, ss appliances, and granite. The living room and master bedroom have cable. Living room has a 65 inch flat screen television. The master bedroom has a 45 inch flat screen television. The 2nd bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen television and a dvd player. This unit is fresh, clean and tastefully decorated. The entire unit has been freshly painted. We take pride in our condo and want you to enjoy staying here.

Our complex has a boat ramp, two fishing piers, and boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis. We also have tennis courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, hot tub, a beautiful swimming pool, and a private board walk to the beach! The beach is located directly across the street. You can have your toes in the sand in less than a two minute walk from the complex. Our complex is located on West Beach so there is not heavy traffic on the two lane road to cross. We are located approx. 3 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores.

Minimum rental age is 25 yrs old. PLEASE NOTE: **Rates are subject to change until confirmed** There is a $25.00 parking fee per vehicle charged at check-in. It is a one time fee and the pass will be good for the duration of your stay.

Nice room. We love staying on the bay to fish. My only downfall was the sink got stopped up by a piece of silverware in the garbage disposal and wouldn’t drain. We had three days left, I reached out to owner to see about maintenance coming and got no response. So we were unable to use the kitchen sink for three days. They then proceeded to report a false insurance claim. The sink was the only thing messed up so that was valid but they added 900 worth of additional damage that wasn’t true. Claimed we messed up all three sets of sheets, a comforter set, and a dresser. There was nothing wrong with any of the bedding when we left. One of the dresser drawers were broken when we arrived and we weren’t able to use it during the whole stay but we weren’t the ones to break it. I reached out to the owner before posting a review to speak about the alleged damage and got no response.

Family beach vacation

We loved it here and will definitely be back again. The location is great. My husband, our three daughters, and I all had a wonderful vacation here. Our condo was exactly how everything was pictured online with great beach access. Our family loved the swimming pool and hot tub as well. Everything is laid out nicely. All of the staff were friendly. We had everything we needed to cook meals with in the room. The rae dunn coffee cups were a plus we loved them. Plenty of oarking. It was an all around great experience. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Great location Great building Great room. Well stocked. Clean. Planning on using same place when we go back. First time using vrbo. Wasn’t sure how to get in/check in, since we arrived quite late. Cutest Condo

This was the cutest condo with easy beach access (just crossing the road), and the most amazing dock and picnic area. We had the best time cooking out, fishing, and looking for hermit crabs! The kids also enjoyed the pool area.

Great for a weekend getaway

This sweet condo is great for a weekend getaway! Nice to stay close to the beach for a soccer tournament weekend. The place was clean and well appointed with plenty room for storing things out of the way. This weekend wasn’t crowded so plenty “elbow room” without a worry of noise too late. Property staff was friendly and helpful. Just the right size for our little group. ❤️

Great Beach Get Away!!

The Swinford's Condo was AWESOME!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. Kayaking in the Bay, playing on the Beach, and Sand Crab 🦀 hunting was Super FUN!! We will definitely book The Swinford's Condo next beach trip.

Nice property in a great location. Some maintenance needed. The patio door was extremely hard to slide. Bunk Beds were very squeaky. Bring your own garbage bags and broom. Great views from either direction. Property staff was helpful.

Amazing property and owner

I took my kids to Gulf Shores for some beach and rest. We had never been before and got extremely lucky when booking this property. The condo is near the elevators; it's balcony overlooked the gorgeous pool and lagoon, while you could see the beach from the front door. LOVED that this property had beach access right across the street. Made everything super easy! The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies and had great décor. Owner was responsive and kind. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time. The unit is so cute and cozy. The mattresses were wonderful - we slept so good. The pool is nice - we spent a lot of time at the pool because it was very windy at the beach and the water was closed due to rough waters. The unit was the perfect size for us but would be too small if you had small children who needed to run around. We would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo was a great place to stay! The location was great and was a short walk across the street to the beach. We had a problem with the lock on the door and we called the owner and she answer right away and helped with the door. Overall, we will be staying here again in the future
