The first night the heat didn’t work and they moved us to another room and while that heat worked it smelled like wet dog and no shampoo so we had to move back to our original room and get a floor heater. No manager available to fix anything for us until Tuesday. To pay that kind of money you expect things to work and not be moved all over the place and it still not work out.

Had an in depth review written and decided to change from average to good rating. When I did my detailed review disappeared. Needless to say, hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Loved the location, but belonging to the Hilton family of hotels, I was a bit disappointed. Cleaning was average at best and maintenance was subpar. Our bathroom fan did not work and the plug near the counter pushed in when trying to plug in a curling iron so we did not use it, seemed dangerous. Would love to visit again, but hope some renovations and improvements are done. Our front desk person upon check in was short and not friendly. All other staff were very friendly.
