Every employee I dealt with was very helpful and kind. The bus to and from the beach is perfect as it kept sand out of my car, zero park fees, and no driving! Exceptionally clean everywhere. (I was cornered and captive in the elevator by an angry barking ankle-biter whose owner just stood there looking up! Maybe get them their own elevator if they can’t behave in public…..)

Super nice staff, spacious suite, pet friendly with tennis balls and treats in the lobby. It’s very close to the state park, which has an amazing dog park with beach. My dog loves it. This was a great hotel!

The reason “cleanliness” wasn’t considered excellent was the housekeeping of our room. We only had them clean it one time and it was poorly done.
We really enjoyed using the pool throughout the week.

The property and the staff were great overall. The only issue is the awful wifi service. I was told this is an issue in the area, not a hotel issue. It is still something to be aware of before booking.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and very pretty. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was very nice, they have a bar outside as well but it was close when we got to the hotel. The indoor pool was clean and well kept as well. The bar inside seemed nice and very clean.
