This 3rd floor 770 sq ft condo features leather furniture and a cool modern beach style. There is a brand new 50 inch Smart TV in the living room. Bring your laptop and stay connected via the free unlimited WIFI. The guest bedroom has Cable TV plus a DVD player. Enjoy this smoke free environment. Enjoy the comfort and the convenience of a sophisticated futon that pulls out to a queen size sleeper in the living room. Use the coin-operated laundry on-site. 1 Parking is a 2 car maximum. Pack your bags and head to Island Shores. Your vacation awaits you.

This property has a 2 vehicle limit and requires parking passes. Only 1 parking pass allowed during the following major holidays and events: Hangout Music Festival weekend Memorial Day Weekend July 4th week Labor Day weekend National Shrimp Festival weekend.

Island Shores will be undergoing a stucco project on the south wall beginning late October 2025 with estimated completion in February 2026. Renters may experience noise in and around the building during this time. Rental rates have already been discounted to account for the construction project, so we’re unable to offer additional discounts related to noise or other inconveniences.
