CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Check in and out was very and quick, they even had our room ready early! Was a good view of the ocean and comfortable stay! Elevator in our building got a tad busy at times. But was overall a nice enjoyable vacation for our family with a 2 year old and 7 year old!

Very cute place

The room was very nice with the exception of a badly stained curtain that I noticed when I closed the patio curtain. Nice comfortable beds with tvs in each bedroom. Just an overall great experience and view.

We traveled from Michigan and they were able accommodate us and check in a couple hours early on a very busy Spring Break Saturday! Room looked just as pictured, gorgeous. Extremely clean with anything you would want or need. Great customer service as well. We will definitely recommend and be back!

Very nice condo, well equipped kitchen, really comfortable bed in the master bedroom, great location directly on the beach and within walking distance to many places. The unit was very clean upon check-in. The only complaint we had is the pool/hot tub area wasn't the best and the hot tub was broken most of the time.

What a View!

Condo is exactly as pictured, including that wonderful balcony! The weather was chilly, but so much warmer sitting in the sunshine. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular! Two things that might be helpful to fellow travelers: bring extra toilet paper (no additional paper products in the condo) and bring pool towels. Beach cart with chairs provided, but no additional towels. Excellent condo! Would totally stay there again and would recommend to others.

We stayed in November so a heated pool was very important for the kids. We were never notified that the pool and splash pad were closed. We found out when we arrived and that was frustrating. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Beach vacation

This was a great place to stay. Location to the beach was perfect you ride the elevator down and walked right on to the beach. The kids splash pad was great as well we spent every day at both the beach and the splash pad with our two year old. The room was perfect having king size beds in two of the rooms and everything being as pictured. The only down side to this property is the parking. If you come on a holiday weekend or a really busy time you may not find parking even tho you have payed and have a parking pass. We payed for two parking passes and didn’t get parking for ether of our cars on the first night. The parking attendant will direct you across the street to park at the local businesses if those are full you can pay to park at another location. Parking is not the best at this location.

The unit was a lovely beachfront with an amazing view of the beach and ocean from the large balcony. At sunset, we saw dolphins from our balcony. Unit had a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedroom (2 king bed rooms and one queen), 2 bathrooms. Full washer/dryer and a litte wagon cart filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, many sand toys, and a large beach umbrella. Unit was close to many restaurants (great seafood!). Parking garage, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steamroom. Beach included jet ski rental, banana rides, and nearby dolphin cruises.

Fantastic views, Great Staff

This was our very first vacation with our 11 year olds, 9 year old, and 15 year old niece. I was super nervous to get a VRBO, and did a lot of research, and hesitantly booked the Seawind 908. We really wanted a location on the beach, but we're nervous about being on the 9th floor. After arriving, we quickly realized we really loved the views we had from that 9th floor. It gave us amazing sunrises and sunsets, we could see the ocean, wildlife, dolphins and any riptides from above. (We went off-season and had several riptide warnings). Access to the beach was simple. Our microwave breaker did keep tripping, but it was easily remedied. Any other issues we had (like the dryer not drying properly, or an non-working vacuum) were dealt with quickly. We had a couple rainy days and really appreciated the puzzles and board games as well as the provided books under the tv! We also didn't expect to have a beach wagon with everything you could possibly need for a great day at the beach. We were pleasantly surprised. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and did a lot of cooking and easy meals to save money. The Walmart grocery was only 10 minutes away and the souvenir shops and other places were within walking distance, which we did on a morning before our activities opened up. Our kids said if we ever went back to Gulf shores, they would stay here again, and we agree!
