SANIBEL CONDO- LAST MINUTE DISCOUNTS!-GORGEOUS BEACH VIEWS FROM THE 15TH FLOOR!

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo on the 15th floor has the best of both worlds with outstanding views of the gulf through the 30 ft wall of windows out the front and lagoon views from the bedrooms! We have installed an I-Wave Air Purification system into the Air Conditioner.

You must be at least 23 years old to rent this beautiful condo.

All high end furniture has a contemporary look but is also incredibly comfortable, making this beach get away a true vacation experience. The living room has TWO large beautiful leather sectionals for great seating.
The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. All beds are extremely comfortable with luxury linens. Both full bathrooms have dual sinks and a large vanity for extra space and plenty of plush towels.

A stacked washer /dryer is also available inside the condo for your convenience. Our kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything needed for you and your guests.
We provide a beach cart and a rolling cooler to make the short walk to the beach even easier.

If you love fishing, this is the place! There are endless possibilities right here in Gulf Shores. Just a few steps out the the door of Sanibel is the lagoon where fishing, jet skiing and boating are so convenient. Little Lagoon Pass Park, the pass connecting the lagoon and the Gulf is just a stones throw away with a beautiful, protected beach just waiting for the little ones who want the shallow, calm water. Or just relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets over the lagoon.

If you need more to do than enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches and clear blue water, there are so many options just a short distance away. Sanibel is only 2.5 miles to 'The T' (the intersection of Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd) which is the hub of activity and restaurants of Gulf Shores. Many choices of restaurants, a Super Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, Bruno’s, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens, and more are all within a short drive. Gulf Shores is full of family entertainment with a water park, golf, tennis, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, parasailing, dolphin cruises, go-karts, zoo, movies, and Tanger outlet stores. Explore civil war forts, a WWII battleship in Mobile, AL, hiking and biking trails. You can charter a fishing boat for some deep sea excitement or hire a captain to take you on a sunset cruise. Bicycle, boat and jet ski rentals are also available in the area.

The Gulf Coast area is home to many Festivals throughout the year such as the Shrimp Festival in October and the Baldwin County Strawberry Festival in April. The quaint town of Fairhope AL is nearby on Mobile Bay, home to the arts and crafts festival in March. The Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival is held in June over Fathers Day in the nearby town of Foley. The annual Hang Out Music Festival is held in May right here in Gulf Shores. There are too many other events and activities to mention but keep an eye on the Gulf Coast Chamber of commerce website to see more.

Second time here and just as beautiful

Host is always quick to respond. Views are amazing. Located far enough out to be away from the bustle of the main drag, but easy to get to all the good shopping and restaurants. We love this condo and would be happy to stay here again.

We loved this condo! It’s exactly like it shows and was stocked with so much we didn’t have to buy much! The location was perfect! We could walk right across the street to the beach and had the lagoon behind us and we went fishing in it a lot! I loved being on the 15th floor because you could see the beach from the condo! The pool was great too and our overall experience was great!!

Perfect beach trip!

Location location location!! Close enough to night life, restaurants, and shopping and far enough away for peaceful relaxation. One side is the views of the ocean and the other the bay! Best of both worlds! We will be back! Beach access is literally right across the road with a lifeguard on duty!

Great location. Short walk to beach and easy accessibility to fishing. View of the gulf coast was amazing! Nice large living area. Condo could use updating of beds and linens. Over head light in master bedroom was not working and overhead light in half bath was not working. We had a wonderful week.

Great Condo!

My two teenage girls and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The view was amazing and the condo had plenty of space for us to spread out. We enjoyed the location and the close walk to the beach and made use of the beach chairs and umbrella provided. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we appreciated the owner's helpful suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We had one minor issue, but the owner addressed it promptly and courteously. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo with an even better view!

The condo was amazing! The view was breathtaking!! It had all the amenities we needed, including a cart for the beach full of supplies! Lots of space for our family of 4 to fit comfortably. Teresa was good at communicating when we needed anything and was quick to remedy any issues that came up. Definitely going to miss our morning coffee on the balcony!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place!

Beautiful view from the balcony! As described, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. Had to reach out to the owner about parking passes, she was very quick to respond and even had older chairs and umbrella replaced immediately. Can't say enough about our stay! Excellent communication and customer service!

We take a trip every year around the 4th of July and I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at couple of things I would fix around the condo very mi or things though. Absolutely amazing view from the balcony

Not 100% happy.

Wasn’t happy with second bedroom, had no chest of drawers to store clothes in. Had to live out of luggage. Has a very noticeable spill under one sofa. Would come back if storage situation was corrected.

Amazing View! Giant Living Space!

My husband and I, our two teenage kids, and each one has a friend. We had an absolutely perfect week. The pictures are what you see. The best view of the Ocean. The walk to the Beach was very short. The back view is is beautiful. The living room space is very generous. The couches are huge. The water pressure in the shower is the best. Little things like that get me for sure. We were all sad to leave. I highly recommend this unit as well as the owner. Very easy to communicate with and she provided valuable info/tips for things to do. Oh and I loved Rouses for groceries. They have a great deli. And friendly staff. Good prices too.
