The property was a little rundown. The pool was filthy! Gloops of hair was in the pool. The hair dryer didn’t work & the water took forever to warm up. There was only 3 pillows per bed that were small.

The floors was nasty couldn’t walk on them after a shower would turn the bottom of your feet black. Shower was slick in the bottom when you stepped in like oil or something.

The lady at check in time was very nice and friendly. The guy at check out was not happy. Your apple juice machine was empty and he had an attitude but he did go and fill it up. Our room's floor was yucky feeling, very dirty and slimy feeling. Our shower wasn't draining well so I tried to clean it out some and pulled out very long dark hair. On a positive note...our bed was very comfortable.

Mildew and wet floors

Once we got to the room, the smell was mildew and sour smell. I stepped a few steps and ended up in mushy floor and water was seeping out of the floor. We tried to change rooms but they said no room available and would not refund. I saw that they knew of this problem because they had a dehumidifier already in the room. I had to stay because I already paid for the room. I cleaned the dehumidifier three times that evening and night. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wanted a refund, but they reufused. They gave me 3 small towels to put on the floor!

We stayed on the first floor. On our 3rd night (& last thankfully) around 11pm water began leaking through the bathroom light. We told front desk asap. They looked at it but chose to do nothing. They didnt even check on the people directly above us. At checkout we told them again & they didnt seem to care. This could dangerous so i hope they fixed it after we left..

It was a okay trip we only needed the room to sleep the floor turned out feet black so we decided to just where shoe the whole time in the room we stayed 4 night with no fresh towels i wouldnt stay here again.

Well for the priced paid i expected a little better out of the room. Unfortunately, no hair dryer but the was a holder in the wall for it. No toliet paper roll on the wall but we had toliet paper. Coffee pot didnt work but we were able to get coffee at the office. Air conditioner in the room was awful didnt cool off the room at all no way to turn it down seems the buttons are stuck. Walls are definitely dirty and not maintained recently. This was good for a quick one night stay. Staff was very friendly.

Foley Super 8

Scott was very helpful in meeting our needs and doing whatever he could. We stayed here last year and the maintenance has definitely declined in a year. The floor of the room was grimy and there was mold on the ceiling, probably from an overflow from above. we had asked for room 203 but it was not available so we had to take a downstairs room with one bed. I would think if you reserved a room way ahead of time and left your credit card information you should be able to accommodate this kind of request.

Horrible experience - would not recommend

My stay was completely unacceptable. The room was filthy — the TV had gunk that was smeared on it, the walls were dirty, the back of the bathroom door was black with grime, and there was a chunk of the wall missing under the sink to the right that looked like they had a leak and tried to fix it a long time ago. The faucet knob came off when you turned the shower on, and the final straw was water was seeping up through the tile floor in front of the sink when stepped on. I called the front desk and it was “ok”, I’m going to have a talk with the housekeepers. Had it not been so late, I would have left immediately. I left my number with the front desk for the General Manager to call me because the front desk clerk said he would be in at 10:30 when I asked to speak to someone when I checked out — I never received a call. When I followed up, the front desk clerk said that she spoke with him and to call the manager on Monday. To me, this is absolutely not acceptable customer service or satisfaction.
