Pool was nice n large. Very nice girl in Bristo. Had plumbing problems in our room. Manager addressed those issues quickly. Upgraded us to new room, with pool view. Worst are that needs help is front desk. Poor customer service. Called hotel after returning home was put on hold not once but twice, for over 15 minutes each time and no one ever picked up phone to talk to me. I had left something in room and was going to see if they found item and get item mailed to me. I would stay here again but hotel needs better service at front desk. Hotel room was spacious, but needed deep cleaning , especially in bathroom but room was comfortable.

In town 1 night for an event and this hotel looked like what we needed. Check in was easy, the room was in good condition, and the rest of the hotel looked nice too. Would stay here again.

Little disappointed because they had computing system problems. They told me. But this room was very great and neat 👌. I just hope that they need to add ADA for example, the rooms need flashing doorbell signaler for deaf or Hard of Hearing. If room service try to knock on the door, deaf people can't hear as they are sleeping.
