The property was worth the price. Lovely, helpful and courteous staff (front desk and housekeeping). The room was clean and welcoming. The only minor issue we had was regarding the uncleanliness of the pool. Everything else was great.

We found roaches in the room and killed them on the wall. We had to change rooms due to the AC not working. So we had to be on different floor from my elderly mother in law. There was another room on that floor but since we booked through Expedia we were not aloud to get it even as an upgrade.

The anglo girl on duty was curt, unprofessional, and not interested in being of service. However, the african american lady was wonderful and tried to accommodate us. Sorry, we did not get their names. We were unable to order food both the evening we got there and the morning we left. We were told to chef failed to come into work. Then we were told the kitchen was closed for deep cleaning.

Could hear all our neighbor s opening and closing their doors. There was a train that went by several times in the evening but it seemed to stop and didn't affect our sleep hours.
