Dirty showers

After the 3rd room we gave up and just went to bed. The bathroom shower and floor were filthy. I took pics and videos of 222 and 220 to the front desk to show her. No way there were cleaned! I felt u clean just sleeping in 312 because I wasn’t sure it had been cleaned. The bed was extremely hard. My husband couldn’t sleep and woke up with back pain. This was the last stay at a holiday in. After this experience. Not able to upload videos.

From the check in through the comfortable room, to the meals downstairs, to a quick checkout...absolutely a great stay! We were going on a cruise out of New Orleans. We will stay there EVERY tome we do from now on!

Good but…

Overall, comfortable room. I did notice counters, etc. were not wiped down. There was coffee spills by the coffee maker & bedside tables had some oil from food still on them.

Won’t be staying there again

The carpet was really sticky not sure why. Also the bathtub was extremely slippery and the bathroom was visibly broke with the silver cap midway up the tub was hanging. The staff was nice and the housekeeping was good. Also the weed smell was excessive inside the building. It should be like cigarettes…not allowed inside.
