We stay here often. It’s safe and clean. Friendly staff. Right across from the USM campus. Easy parking. And you can walk out the door, across the parking lot, and get to many restaurants. Easy peasy. It’s pet friendly so we love that. My son can walk over from campus and join us. I do wish it had free breakfast just for convenience. But we always just walk over to the Midtowner and get an incredibly delicious breakfast over there. You can find nearby hotels that are less expensive. But we think it is worth the little bit extra to stay here.

Desk attendant was very helpful. We had been traveling for several hours and were very tired but it was before check in time. She found us a room that was already clean and ready so we could rest a few hours before our event. This was extremely helpful and appreciated!!!!

The Brass Hat did not enjoy. No matter what I tried to order they were out. Early in the morning breakfast there I do not recommend! Go to a surrounding eatery.

We have stayed here several times and expectations are always exceeded. Location is right in the middle of nice dining/shopping area across from campus. The BrassHat restaurant in the lobby is excellent. The complementary breakfast is ordering from the regular menu and was very good.
