We were three people in our room. We called for a 3rd face towel and were told there were none available. Not so much as an offer to bring one later when one could be available. The a/c was "okay", but it did not really cool off room. Lastly, there were so many people in the lobby in the morning, we waited in line just to get coffee. There was were bananas, apples, and toast available with a few packaged pastries. Most of all, the face towel to shower with would have been nice!

My stay at Microtel was great. For many years I had doubt about staying at one of these hotels. But, the first great impression was the beautifully decorated lobby full of Christmas decorations and scents. The desk clerk at my check-in on Friday was Super happy to assist me and she was full of Christmas joy. My room was very clean and comfortable. Although it is located very close to the Interstate, several restaurants, and stores; the area is very quiet and relaxing. I give this hotel a 10+ rating!

Beautiful location. Clean facility and room. Great staff. Beautiful decorations. However the breakfast variety is not very broad. I assume that is because they don’t actually have a cook. Yet everything was great.

Room was spotless. Very clean. Staff was courteous and welcoming. Did not give 5 Stars because I paid cash. Online and in person I expressed that cash would pay the bill. Was told it was just a holder for incidentals. Credit card was charged twice. Charged $159.66 in addition to cash $79.83. Waiting on situation to be rectified. Otherwise had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. Good continential breakfast. Lobby appealing and inviting.
