Office staff is terrific, I e had to stay here multiple times in the past 3 weeks and got the same room every time bc I wanted that room. Last week there was some trash left in drawers from the people prior to me, and there was a blue fruit loop in the same spot by the bed every visit for the past 3 weeks! I feel they need to slow down and do better on cleaning!!!! Walk across the room and your feet are black bc it needs to be mopped

The room was for the most part clean. You have to wear flip flops or socks because the floor is not the cleanest. I got a non-smoking room that still smells like cigarettes because they never repainted after they made it a non-smoking room. The inside of the microwave was half melted and look dangerous to use. ( I did report this to the office but it was not replaced) There's a good microwave at the office though. They provided provisions to make coffee but there was no coffee maker in the room. The office has coffee available after 6:00 a.m. The front door definitely needs to be resealed because you can clearly see outside the bottom right side of the door. The space is big enough to slide your fingers underneath the door and feel the sidewalk outside. From pricing the surrounding area they do offer the best pricing per night.

Unsafe location - did not feel comfortable whatsoever. Used all three locks on the door and was concerned for our moving trailer and vehicle. Staff stated that I was on some sort of “no fly” list and wasn’t allowed to stay there but the said he would let us stay anyway. When asking the morning desk staff, she was very confused and said there is nothing of such list nor has she ever heard of my name before (I was traveling cross country and have never been in that state before).

I wouldn’t let my dog stay here.

I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in one of their disgusting rooms. Completely unacceptable conditions. They should be shut down. I’d rather sleep in a vehicle than there. I feel like a contracted something just being in there a few minutes. I’m sick thinking about it again. You will see pictures of two room. The second room she said was better and “newer” because they were remodeling the other (not true). The second room was worse and full of mold/mildrew. The lady at the front desk was very nice though. I have more photos but it won’t take them. The photos get worse.
