The staff was very nice and quick to solve any issue that arrose during the stay! The rooms were clean and smelled clean! The pool however was a difficult situation. Was able to swim! THANK YOU MANAGEMENT! However there was some cosmetic issues that happend later that night. The front desk was willing to move us.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable. The gentleman at the desk was extremely friendly, and he provided us with recommendations for eating (Marina Station) and visiting (Bell Mountain). Both were excellent recommendations.

The room was hot the whole time. The thermostat wouldn’t go below 66. I had to wake up every hour to hit the button on the thermostat to make the air come on. I will never stay here again!

Very nice property and rooms but the laundry was always unavailable due to all the backpackers escaping the storm. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but they could add a second washer and dryer to handle the “load” during peak times.
