Pros: the lake is cool, outside seating area, dining option right next door, very quiet, breakfast options plentiful enough, staff friendly, felt clean enough. Cons: pool is out of order (looks like it’s been a good while too), gym is laughable and no cleaning products, mattress was old AF, cash only for the ‘vending’ isn’t convenient.

I did NOT stay. The hotel was not up to our standards and the lady at the front desk told me that a full refund was being processed. I STILL have not been refunded and it has been almost 2 weeks!!!! This is insane and I will be calling the hotel on Monday!!!

Very clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Especially nice to sit on patio overlooking the pond! Hot tub not working, along with tubs in rooms. But overall pleasant, relaxing stay.

Great hotel we'll go back again

Great experience. Wonderful hotel. I stayed on the third floor. The only downside I had the whole time. Was the shower didn't really have a lot of water pressure. Plenty of hot water but not a lot of pressure. I kind of Mark that up to being on the third floor.

Terrible place

The pool is closed. They are to cheap to get it fix. Saying they can't get parts. The TV was broken in the room I was in. Thank goodness for tablets. The shower head worked like a lawn sprinkler. The best part of the hotel is the lobby

Needs improvement

We were there to be closer for an early morning surgery in Reidsville, Ga. Bed not to comfortable. Outdated hotel. Clean mostly, bathroom floor sticky and dirty. Outside trash overflowing, when we arrived and still not picked up when we left the next morning. Not too expensive, overall not a bad hotel to stay.

Familiar and friendly but getting worn

Vidalia stay at AmericInn was pretty good, place is getting worn and needs remodeling soon, still my preferred hotel there, weekend desk support were struggling a bit getting my reservation right
