There were a lot of issues with our recent visit: no extra outlets for phone/USB charging, loose tiles on the bathroom floor, the shower was not working properly and dripped constantly, the toilet leaked and ran constantly, the elevator was broken and free breakfast was nearly all packaged foods or was poorly prepared. One of my worst ever experiences in a hotel.

Muffins for breakfast if you like them. Everything else is great. Bed was very comfortable. Hooray for that! Just a few minutes away from the lake and that was wonderful for 13 miles of looking at it. Highly recommend. I'll be back. Thank you

Our reservation was from Monday through Friday. One in our group, a 90-year-old female, got sick on Tuesday night, so we had to check out on Wednesday, 2 days early. The front desk was super nice when I explained the situation, and we were only charged for the 2 nights we were there. She also held the doors for me when I was trying to get everything out the door on a luggage cart. She went above and beyond!

The parking has always been safe. We didn't use the laundry area. This is one of my favorite places to stay! I love the look of the sitting area and its view of the mountains. We personally love how simple the rooms are. It feels like stepping back in time to the 80's to me. I enjoy the feeling of the atmosphere. Its calming and relaxing.

Very rundown and outdated facility. Don’t drop anything under the furniture because it’s beyond disgusting with disintegrating food and trash. Absolutely not worth the price we paid.
