Front desk staffs: very polite and helpful Room: it must have been recently remodeled. Look new, clean and nice. Location: I would say this is the best location in town. Walking distance to fancy restaurants, specialty stores and in town attractions. Easy parking. Next to the river. In the evening, I sat on the swing bench, listening to the river, watching the ducks, and also took a small walk along the river. Very relax. The hotel surprised me in every areas: the room quality, service, location, safeness. I would definitely book it again if we will visit Helen next time.

The fireplace was awesome. It was cold so it made for a comfy night. Loved the loft room and bathroom. They had all you needed in the cabinets for coffee and cooking. Really a good place to stay when you just want to shop and relax. Your pretty much downtown. But far enough away to get the quiet side of it.

Wonderful property and staff. We have came back twice and already planning our trip back for this Summer. Even when we had an issue like the batteries dying in the card reader they got us back in quickly and accommodated us. Highly recommend

Stay up in the mountains

Wow. What a trip! This hotel was well worth the price. Very comfortable and simply easy to get to. I could come back here every year. The bathroom is a little tight, the TV remote control was old and worn, and the toilet push buttons have seen better days. Updated as the toilet was, the life in the flush buttons was fading fast. Overall, our room was very above average.

The hotel was overall a awesome stay! Its on the river which is peaceful to look at! The hotel is beautiful and perfect for couples! It was quiet for the most part! The breakfast was okay I do think it needs to be upgraded .I guess better then nothing tho. And the cleaness of the hotel is okay, the floors was a bit dirty tho. Other then that the staff was nice and its perfect for a getaway! I do recommend staying for a few njghts at Riverbend Hotels and Cabins!

It was nice staying close to town and right next to the river. You are able to walk right into to river. There are swings to sit and enjoy.

They ripped me off of $290.00. I checked out early from a 3 day reservation and I was told I'm not eligible for a refund because I didn't stay three full days. Stay away from this place they are robbing people
