The hotel needs renovating sleep rise ok but the room needs painting looks very ruff ceiling in the bathroom looks like they a serious leeks

Loved the location. The staff were very accommodating and courteous.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and the room was not spotless but clean. The property is run down and needs to be updated. Overall stay was good.

Honest little motel. Nothing great but with the location being downtown Helen, it was great. Staff excellent, breakfast was outstanding. Downside as a guest paying 5.00 a day/night for parking.

The staff were friendly enough. The rooms are in major need of repair. The ceiling popcorn is coming off the door to the bathroom was broken and a mirror was placed over it. The sheets and towels were stained with something brown. Black mold on the shower doors. All the walls needed some paint. Seems they have not painted or updated since the early 90s. The pool is not in working order. The fitness room was not in working order. The complimentary breakfast was cereal and milk.
