Loved my stay in this quaint and picturesque hotel! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfy, plus there was plenty shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion available (and not the little bottle kind) They do not offer a continental hot breakfast, but there is free breakfast (bagles, toast, fruits, cereals, yogurt, juices, milk, coffee, tea and muffins)

Overall, the property was decent given its age. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable: 1. The first room had hair on the beds, raising concerns about cleanliness and whether the sheets are thoroughly changed between guests. Frankly, the beds were not very comfortable. 2. The TV never worked properly, which was frustrating and frankly unacceptable. 3. The air conditioning was difficult to operate and not user-friendly. Addressing these issues could go a long way in improving the overall experience and helping the positive aspects of the property stand out.

For those who wish to visit Helen, this hotel is very centrally located, right across from the Georgia Roller Coaster and just steps from the main restaurants and shops in Downtown Helen. Towels were changed and beds made daily, providing complete service. There was 24-hour service at the counter. Being one of the most affordable hotels I found in the area, the service provided was not at all expensive. My congratulations. See you soon.

My family of three stayed here one night after climbing at nearby Mt. Yonah. It was a great price and location, and the staff was extremely kind. The beds were not that comfortable, and I certainly wouldn't have stayed in a double bed for more than one night, but it was exactly what I expected, and I would recommend it.

Great stay!!

A great place, right in the middle of town. Extremely friendly staff, room was very clean with modern updates. Parking convenient and free with stay. Front desk clerk was very knowledgeable about the area and the price was amazing. We would definitely stay again, should we ever return.
