The room i was put in was up next yo a community room or something. I was woke up at like 6am by things slamming into the wall and people make tons of noise. Other than that it was good.

Power outage

Stay was fine except for the 3 hour power outage which shut down the pool which was why I had my kids out there. Wasn’t anyone’s fault but it definitely put a damper on the stay

Our stay at Grand Hinckley Inn was pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable as were the beds. Coffee in main lobby was great on this rainy weekend.

Most of the staff was amazing as i traveled with my mom who doesnt get around the best. Unfortunately the handicapped rooms are on the second floor so this was an issue for us so the manager upgraded us to a pool side room next to an outside door. I did have one staff member that was quite rude when i asked a question about the casino but other then that everything was good.

Everything was great... Except the 11/2 check in process because the women working the desk didn't know how to do the job after 4 weeks. Other than that My stay was grandtastic and I wish it wouldnt have been so short.
