Great property. We used it as a base for Kennedy Space Centre and a visit to St Augustine. Daytona Beach and Speedway closeby. The TV subscriptions and table football were a hit with the kids and we liked the cooking facilities.

Great house and location

The property was a great layout. The only thing that caught us off guard was that some of the "children" on the trip with us were 16 yr old boys expecting to have a bed. Found out a day or so ahead of time that the bunks couldn't accommodate them because of weight. Moral of the story traveling with smaller children, this is a great spot. We pulled mattresses off and slept a couple of the older boys on the floor. All in all a good property and good location.
