Step onto your covered patio at Four Beach Lovers Unit 3 and the view is all tropical garden — lush landscaping, a gazebo with a softly running fountain, and porch swings in the shade. Hummingbirds visit the flowers in the morning. The sound of the Gulf is always in the background. Walk five seconds and you're on the sand.

This is the garden side of Four Beach Lovers — quieter and more shaded than the Gulf-facing units, with its own atmosphere that a lot of guests prefer once they've experienced it. The covered patio has a four-top table and chairs, making it a natural spot for morning coffee, a leisurely breakfast, or an evening card game with the fountain running nearby.

Unit 3 and 4 are the most intimate units in the complex — approximately 80 square feet smaller than the other units, which gives it a cozy, efficient feel that's exactly right for couples or small families who don't need space they won't use. What it doesn't lack is anything else. The 2025 renovation rebuilt everything: new kitchen with full-size appliances, dishwasher, and a wine fridge. New bathroom with a walk-in shower and modern fixtures. All new furnishings, linens, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. Same complete renovation as every other unit in the complex — just in a more intimate footprint.

The king bedroom is a quiet retreat. The living room sofa sleeper handles two more guests comfortably, sleeping four in total. Fast 1-gig WiFi and a full cable package are included. The entire property runs on solar power — one of the few vacation rental complexes on Anna Maria Island that does.

Beach chairs are stored onsite — grab them and you're on the sand in five seconds. Charcoal grills are available for beachside cookouts. A shared laundry room is on the property for all guests. Linens, towels, and beach towels are all provided.
Four Beach Lovers has four units total. Units 1 and 2 face the Gulf directly. Units 3 and 4 offer garden views at better pricing.

Traveling with family or friends? A mix of Gulf-front and garden-view units works perfectly for groups with different budgets — everyone shares the same grounds, the same beach access, and the same five-second walk to the water.
Holmes Beach is the quieter, more local part of Anna Maria Island. Publix is a couple of blocks away. Walgreens and a small shopping center are nearby. The free island trolley stops close by — explore the full length of AMI without moving your car once you've parked.

Guests who find Unit 3 tend to come back for the garden as much as the beach. Some for three years running. Once you've had morning coffee on that patio with the fountain going and a hummingbird in the flowers, it's easy to understand why.
Four Beach Lovers Unit 3 requires a one-week minimum stay and includes parking for one car. This property is not pet-friendly.
