Notice of Exterior Wall and Balcony Repair Work

Exterior wall and balcony repair work will be carried out. Please be aware of the following information when making a reservation.

Construction Period:
From October 27, 2025 – Estimated to last approximately 6 to 12 months

Work Hours:
Weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Excluding weekends and public holidays)

Construction Method:
A gondola-type suspended scaffold will be used to carry out work on the exterior walls.
(Please note that noise and vibrations from grinding and other activities may occur.)

Balcony Restrictions:
Balconies in the work areas will be closed for safety reasons.

Pool Closure:
For safety reasons, the pool will be closed during the construction period.
Access to the pool area will be restricted until all construction is completed.

Please note that construction periods are frequently extended beyond the original schedule, and the period may change without prior notice.

Please consider the following before making a reservation:

To protect your privacy during the work, please keep your curtains or blinds closed.

Depending on the progress of the work, construction may begin before 8:00 AM.

Access to the lanais (balconies) of individual units will be restricted during the repair work.

Some areas may experience restrictions on parking space availability.

For safety reasons, the pool will be closed during the construction period.

Fine dust may be generated inside the building due to the work.

The construction period may be extended due to weather conditions or other circumstances.

Noise may affect units even if they are not directly within the construction area.

Please note that the construction schedule is subject to change or extension without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
