The property is located right in the heart of Waikiki beach. If you are trying to decide between Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort or the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, I visited both properties. Outrigger Reef is newer and therefore aesthetically more pleasing. It’s laidback and quiet. The beach access is small and rocky. But it’s a great choice. The Outrigger Waikiki is a little outdated and the rooms are small. However, it’s located right in the heart of everything. The hotel sits on Waikiki beach. We decided on Outrigger Waikiki and was the best choice for us.

The proximity of the OUTRIGGER to the beach made for a tranquil stay. Plus, the staff was upbeat, sweet, and helfpul at every turn. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

Vincent in Valet was the most helpful employee and we didn’t even have a rental car.
The pool was clean and well cared for
