First time to Hawaii & this Resort and it was amazing. Hotel is older but very well staffed & friendly & helpful. Location of resort was downtown & perfect for us to explore, experience restaurants & shopping. Resort is located on a public beach. You pay for loungers & umbrellas, which was noted! Restaurant food was delicious:) Paradise everyday! We highly recommend this Resort & area

I had a lovely room in a quiet corner of the hotel. The staff were great and allowed me to keep my pool pass for the day I checked out. This was really appreciated as my flight had been delayed. Water stations are all around the hotel to refill your water bottles. The pool was private and had nice areas of shade. And of course there’s always Dukes on premises.

Outrigger is my home away from home. I stay here usually twice a year. I choose not to stay anywhere else. It used to be a matter of convenience, but it's the staff that has become family. Why go anywhere else when you have Dukes right there. You have boat rides out in front and more than anything access to the ocean in a matter of steps. In a busy world where everything is expensive and time is key I'd rather be at one property where I can usually walk or Uber ride where I want to go. You have taxis and busses, too. You have shops and restaurants. You ohana with the hotel staff. To me, this is everything. Thank you always Outrigger Waikiki!!!
