Welcoming staff from valet to checkin to delivery of our bags. When bags came he offered to tour the room with us. Told us valuable info. We loved the elevator system. (You’ll see!) Beach access was so easy and convenient. Dukes and Hula Grill are terrific options for food. The club was wonderful for breakfast and the 4:30-6:30 appetizer/snacks Karen took good care of our room.

Great staff! Clean room, but it is dated. Water temp in shower was weird: super hot and then cooled down after a minute. While it doesn’t feel as updated as the Reef in the Beach, this Outrigger property has much more sandy beach and is located closer to Kapiolani Park. Best hotel amenity: insulated bottles to refill with drinking water in lobby and other places around the hotel.

Hotel is under construction. We were on the 8th floor and it was very noisy from before 8am to almost 5pm each day. The people were very nice and rooms clean.

My first two days there was horrible noise jackhammering and i was sick from noise. I got a credit of 400 but psying 500 a night wasnt enough compemsation anf imconvienced. I wont be staying here. Ill go hotel closes their wings.

Staff was very friendly at check in we asked to check in early and a late check out the next day due to our flight leaving later at night and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We paid an extra fee of course which was worth it our oceanfront room was beautiful and the view was amazing! Would Stay there again if we ever get back. We lived Hawaii! Mahalo

Bathtub was old and literally wobbled when standing to shower. Wrist key band didn’t work half the days there. Staff didn’t offer any information about the hotel when we checked in. Long wait for elevators at crowded times and no access to alternative stairs.
