Absolutely loved my stay here! Perfect place for my solo trip to Honolulu. Clean room and bathroom with nice sheets, mini fridge and microwave. The hotel itself was very pleasant, laid back, and definitely had the island vibe not like the big chains. And with it only being 2 short blocks down from the beach it was the perfect location. Will be staying here again! P.S. The food is amazing at all the resturant in and around the hotel. You're able to get a taste of everything Hawaii within a block

It was something out of a 70's gangster movie. My children were afraid that someone was going to break into the room. The a/c drain from the living room had a PVC pipe going thru the wall and draining into the bathroom sink. I have never seen that in my life! That can't be up to the building code. Entry door had plywood covering it. Bathroom sliding door looked like someone broke into it. Very scary accommodation.

I didnt realize they would charge $35 per person per night in addition to what i hasd already paid! The property is a great llocation on Waikiki, but is one of thecolder motels. Its in the process of updating, but has no amenities, but the room. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. We had to ask for more twels for 4 in the room.

For the price and location it can’t be beat. But know you save on cost because it needs a refresh. If you are open and not picky on aesthetics or fussy this can be a good fit.

Staff was very nice and heloful. Hotel is old and run down, dirty carpet etc. My room door was literally coming apart at the bottom and im sure it coukd have easily b been broken into. 2 women started fighting and arguing in their roo and were evicted by staff and police were called. 1 of tge woman tried to run over the policeman and 10 police cars responded. Everything about the hotel felt unsafe and i couldn't wait to check out after just one night.

First impression: It’s cute, close to the beach, and yes, it is severely outdated; but that is not the problem. The staff is friendly and we checked in around 10pm on a Sunday. They did not give us any directions to our room so we were kinda lost, but found it tucked away in a corner. The windows are not windows, they’re like these flaps you can open and close so you can hear literally everything outside 24/7. Goodbye sleep. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a plane taking off. The shower was made for midgets, I am 5’4 and had to take the shower head and manually hold it to wash myself. The whole room just felt dirty. The bed was very hard and small, we paid for a queen and got a full size. The worst part for us was that 2 nights in, we began noticing what looked like pee stains on the bed. We requested housekeeping (as it’s by request only) and they said they’d get to it that day. That evening, we caught the housekeeping lady next door thinking she was knocking on our door and she said she’s too busy and can’t get to it. We asked for sheets and we’d change it ourselves, that ours are stained. She brings sheets and towels for us and I began stripping the bed and noticed that the top blanket (which is very rough, nothing was comfy about this bed), had pee stains on it as well as the mattress protector underneath. SO many pee stains, that it was literally soaking through our sheets the more we slept on it. We tried to be nice and just get through our stay;

This place was amazing, 2 blocks from beach, they let you take their pool towels to the beach(That saved a lot of money)so close to shopping, even a Target just a couple of blocks away. The room was great, it’s outdated but well taken care of. The little kitchen was perfect. We saved money by making breakfast there. Also so many happy hour spots, where we ate through out the day. For dinner the BBQ spot place at the hotel was amazing and decent priced, plates were plenty to share or have leftovers. We will absolutely book again here
