The room had a leak in the sealing, told the room attendant. No one came to fix it. Elevator was always packed we had to wait a long time to get on one because of the way elevator are set in the property.

We stayed at the Grand Islander for 1 week in a 1 bedroom, it was enough space for our family of 4. The kitchen saved us some money on meals, the coffee they provided was good. Pools were great! They provided towels to use at beach and pool. Beach is walkable with fireworks on Friday's. Checking in was tricky, they have a separate check in lobby than the other Hilton properties on site my husband endedup just hanging with the car in the little side road next to the building and I walked to find check in . The parking garage across from them is cheaper and also easier to access... we paid for the month pass and it was $235.. would have cost $505 through the hotel.

We were in the penthouse on the top floor and the views were absolutely amazing!!! The room was clean and had so many amenities….room service was great and did a wonderful job cleaning the room and restocking. Everyone was so welcoming, I have nothing but positive things to say and I will definitely be staying here again!!!

Improvement could be made if offering valet parking services at the entrance (it was located at a different building than where you check in). Also, there was a light on in the master bedroom closet that wouldn't turn off all night.
