our room overlooked the beach and the ocean the view was beautiful. the breakfast buffet was great they had a good variety to choose from . the hotel was centrally located to everything . the rooms were very clean . good hotel and service . everyone was so nice and friendly.

Overall, I felt the service was good, housekeeping was very good even though I did not need it they asked me every day. The downside is during my stay the hotel was very crowded, many young people around my room very loud until all hours of the night, slamming doors, loud in the hallways, I understand that is not due to the hotel or staff but it was very annoying.

I really enjoyed our stay. The only things I wasn't happy with was not having a whole body mirror and having only one mirror located at the bathroom. The other issue was me having to climb in a chair in order to plug in the hairdryer since the only plugs were near the ceiling. The staff were all fantastic. Rooms were very clean. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. I love Waikiki, such a Beautiful area.
