The room needs updating. The tub silicone caulk looked like it had mold in it on a couple of spots. The shower curtain had some spots also near the top of the tub. Carpeting in the hotel near elevators need repairs by the transitions. Not as nice as the one we stayed in at Mobile, AL

Everything was very nice however the bedding was not changed and the blankets weee dirty. The manager made sure to get it fixed asap and took care of us.

The breakfast was great (biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit etc). The pool was clean and great for my little family. The room appeared clean. The bathroom was very not clean. The guy that checked us in gave us no info except what room we were in. We went back later and talked to a girl that was really pleasant.

Nice clean and quiet (except for the last night when the fire alarm malfunctioned at 3:30 am and continued for 2.5 hours) hotel, close to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable rooms/beds and good ac. Decent breakfast variety and quality. Easy parking.

Clean, comfortable, but needs work on CS.

We stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and loved it so much we decided to stay again. Everything is clean and at a great price. However, the “deposit” is more than most hotels and it’s been 5 days and we have yet to get it back. When I called customer service yesterday I was told I would just have to wait it out. Most hotels refund the deposit within a day of check out. They need to change up their deposit policy.

The room had an overwhelming smell of dog and the carpet was damp, I am to assume this was an effort to remove the dog smell. The microwave didn't work. There was a huge yellow stain on one of the beds and some small brown stains. So thex3 of shared 1 bed. I was delayed in getting home due to weather and traveling with 2 children, I went to Quailty Inn and changed my mind and came to LA Quinta. The staff is wonderful. But I would never stay again.
