Upon stepping off the elevator to the second floor there was an awful stench. The room smelled musty and awful. The carpet was slightly damp in our room as well. Was told I would have a credit on my stay but apparently that didn’t happen. There was also an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke on the second floor near the stairwell. Will not be back to this facility.

The room was very outdated and not very clean. The pull out couch was nasty and had crumbs and trash all over it when we pulled it out for our daughter. She did not sleep on it.

It was a good stay, very clean and friendly staff. Only issue is there was a parking fee of $12/day that I was aware of. I must've missed where it listed that fee.

It seems like there is hardly ever a person at the front desk. Maybe you should consider hiring other people to do some of the side work without cutting hours or pay for the customer service at the front. I was happy with the room for the most part. Quick trip. Got in at 11:00pm and left the next morning. Clean room. Comfortable bed and super nice staff. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options.

Parking Extra

The hotel was fine; clean with all things working as they should. However, I was put-off that parking was an additional charge ($10 a night) which was only communicated when I checked in. That sort of thing should be incorporated into the price I already paid for the room.
