The staff was great and friendly from the time I walked in the door. The food at the restaurant was great! My favorite part was the little bar and the great bartenders

A VERY loud wedding party was going on upon arrival to the hotel just after midnight. It was so loud it felt like a dance club in the bar situated off the lobby. The first room I was given had wet towels all over and a leak from sink. I reported it to the front desk, concerned that it could cause significant damage. It doesn't sound like maintenance is a top priority at this hotel. The front desk staff are very courteous and placed me in another room, which was apparently the only other room available. I am not sure what my other option would have been? The bathroom shower looked like it had mildew and some weird substance on the tiles of the shower. There are two doors to the room. One has a large gap underneath so the wedding party was audible. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast offered decent choices including a hot breakfast. I didn't have time to try it as i was in a hurry, but grateful to have a bagel & coffee as i was leaving. I didn't get to see the pool area somce i was there for a short time. I would not go back to this hotel. I would caution anyone about staying here. I was in town for a wedding and had limited choices.

Overall it's an okay hotel. The room was clean but noisy, both the HVAC unit and the outside traffic were an issue while trying to get a good night's sleep. There are no coffee pots in the room. The one morning I did have breakfast the food was cold.

The side door into hotel did not work so you had to continually walk around to the front of the hotel to get in. I wasn't the cleanest. The nicest people that I dealt with were housekeeping. The front desk people didn't seem to want to be there and weren't very friendly. There are no coffee makers in the room. We were there for a week and the breakfast was always the same thing with very little variation.

Sounded like a herd of elephants running upstairs all night and there were dogs barking near us! The whole place inside needs an update, carpets are old and dirty and the whole building had a smell to it! The outside of the building looks new and refreshed which is very different from the inside

Walls are paper thin but all else was good!

The walls are paper thin! The person in the room next to us snored the ENTIRE night so I never slept. I heard every person who walked on the floor above me and every person who coughed or talked outside my room. However, the lady at the front desk was the nicest person I have ever come in contact with!! Breakfast was pretty good and I love that they had a laundry room!

Firstly they took forever to check us in and then put us in a room that was nothing like what I reserved online a week prior. I reserved a king bed and they put us in a room with two twin beds. Ridiculous. The air conditioning unit was so loud and barely kept things cool so we all struggled to sleep. Overall the hallways were dirty and the staff was rude.
