When we came around 8am for breakfast there were no hot food (egg bites, sausages..) we had to wait for awhile.

The staff was extremely helpful and curious. The room was clean. The room had multiple maintenance issues. The blinds were torn open, the sink was broken, the trim around doors was broken, the mirror had a broken spot in it, and the front door lock didn't work half of the time. The deadbolt would not stay retracted making it hard to lock the door when you left.

I loved staying at Springhill Suites in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The hotel is very clean, and the way everything is set out makes getting around easy. Breakfast was good - waffles, muffins, cheese omelettes, coffee, various milks, oatmeal, packets of cereal, bacon, juices, bread. The very best thing was the staff. All the staff I met or passed in the halls, were very nice. They all said ‘Hi” or nodded. When we arrived the check in area was quite busy. The lady helping the new guests did very well. She didn’t panic or become agitated, but kept calm and got through all the check-ins. Our room had a very nice set up. There was a partition with a desk going halfway across the room for guests to use and for charging electronics. There was also a couch there. Very nice! All the other areas were laid out side by side. I really liked it. The television could have been larger. Overall I really liked staying at Springhill Suites. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for being such nice people.

This is a nice clean hotel with easy access off the Interstate. Good hot Breakfast that offers grits, cheese omelets, biscuits with sausage gravy. The coffee is very good and not watered down. The room are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Looking forward to my return In the fall.
