The hotel is in a less than desirable area, and the security hardware for the outside doors was missing allowing anyone to walk into the hallway areas. very unsafe condition.

The hotel needs a deep clean, it was so much dust along with stains that have been there for a long time. Stains on the towels, shower curtain. This was definitely an one time stay at this hotel, i have stayed at other candlewood suites and this was the first time i seen it like tris

This chain is overall really good but this location was old and very unkept. Checked out of room within 5 minutes due to dirty room and bugs on the wall, floor and ceiling. Went across I-20 and checked in to a clean facility. The young lady at the front desk was nice but it’s the management that is to blame.

The bathroom had hairs above the vanity lights which tells me they are not rallying cleaning the rooms from top to bottom like they say they do. The windows were dirty and in need of repair rust was around the seals.
